Returns and Exchanges

  • YI JEWEL will accept return request only when the product is defective or damaged prior to delivery. Customer may contact us for return request within 24 hours after the delivery. No request for return of the product will be accepted after 24 hours of the delivery. Customers may follow the instructions and requirements in relation to returns and exchanges of the product given by YI JEWEL from time to time.
  • Once your return request is approved, the credit of the returned item will be refunded in your YI JEWEL account as gift card credit. The credit must be used within 60 days after the refund. In the event of any failure to return the purchased items to us within the stipulated time limit, even though validly canceled, we shall have the right to charge any cost of recovery of the goods.
  • No returns and exchanges are allowed for any damaged or defective product which is caused by the purchasers and/or other parties.
  • To ensure to have full credit refunded, the returned items must be in its original condition, remain unworn and unaltered. Items should be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and labels (box, pouch, plastic bag, blister pack, etc). You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, please contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


  • YI JEWEL products will be safe and beautifully packaged in a jewelry pouch or a jewelry box.
  • For domestic customers in Hong Kong, we offer complimentary shipping.
  • For international customers, we will have the items delivered by our courier expert. Shipping rates depend on the value of the goods, weight and the country of the provided delivery address. 
  • Please note that the all taxes and duties (if any) incurred from the purchase are customer’s responsibility.
  • Please note that the delivery time depends on the stock of the item you purchase. It may take three to four weeks for the Pre-Order and/ or the Personalized orders to be shipped out. Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer than the estimated shipping time. A customer service representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual. BE PATIENT, GREAT THINGS TAKE TIME!
  • Please be aware that our courier company may contact you before your delivery. Therefore, please ensure your provided delivery address and telephone number are correct.

Resize and Alteration

  • We understand that size is tricky sometimes. If you find that the size of the jewelry piece does not fit you well after purchasing, please contact us for further assistance. Our team will be glad to provide you with professional advice.

Jewelry Care

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend the following care tips:

  • Remove your jewelry piece before you wash your hands, put on hand cream, perfumes or other skin care. It is best to avoid your jewelry contacting with chemicals as this could affect its colour, luster and brilliance.
  • It is important not to expose your jewelry pieces to high temperature such as prolonged sun exposure and x-ray.
  • We recommend that you do not wear your jewelry when you perform certain activities (sports, gardening etc) to prevent from scratch or impact to your jewelry pieces.
  • You may store each of your YI JEWEL jewelry pieces in its own box or pouch bag in order to protect it from being scratched.
  • You could clean your diamond jewelry by brushing it delicately with a soft small brush in warm soapy water. Rinsing it carefully in warm water and wiping in with a soft cloth after.
