24. In these Terms and Conditions, the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter and the singular number shall include the plural and vice versa.

27. Should there be any differences or inconsistencies between the Chinese version and the English version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
28. These Terms and Conditions is governed by and shall be construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong and all the Parties hereto hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts in connection with any matters arising hereunder.

29. The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an update of these Terms and Conditions. The User and any visitor to this Website shall review these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
